Maya: The Story of a German War Bride
Maya Torngren was born and raised in Augsburg, Germany. She grew up during the height of World War II. After the war, she met and married an American solidier and moved to the United States. The couple has four children and two grandchildren and is happily retired in sunny California.
Maya is an avid quilter and has woven her adventures into her quilts.
